Picture this: You’re just about to enter the room and beautiful music floats through from where your guests are sitting as they wait for you to arrive.
As you begin your journey down the aisle your favourite piece of music starts playing as guests turn to get a better look at you. Whilst you sign the register, more of your favourite music underscores your guests’ conversations. And as you exit as a newly married couple, a rousing musical number accompanies you as your guests clap and cheer!
A good few years of experience has prepared us to make the perfect contribution to your big day. We arrive already dressed in the pre agreed attire or colour scheme- be it 50s, ‘festival’ or traditional black tie, and liaise directly with the onsite staff to make sure we have everything we need- mainly chairs and enough space to play. We make sure we are in position and ready to play 15 minutes before your first guests are due to arrive- because there are always a few eager aunts and cousins!

Your choices of music for your entrance, signing and exit are a great chance to share your and your partner’s favourite music with your guests!

Once the ceremony is over and we have played until the last guest has left the room, we join your guests at the reception and continue to play - often more upbeat music now to match the celebratory tone. We usually play for 30-40 minutes whilst photos are being taken.
We love providing you with sublime background music, but we can offer a lot more than other string quartets.
Once the reception is in full swing, we leave behind our chairs and music stands, and start to wander and mingle amongst your guests. Its the perfect conversation starter for members of your family who may not yet have met!
